Same as it has been for a dew decades now. A treat to see as we used to frequent the one by our house. The mall it was in shut down. Now we travel over 2hrs to come eat Corn Dog 7. Food was fresh and hot & good service.

I love this place. I've been going here for cheese on stick my whole life. I go each time I visit my parents. Taste of food hasn't changed. The space in the mall hasn't changed either. Still several deep fryers you can watch food being cooked, long container to order food, and several benches with mirrors on the walls. They up the price for each cheese on stick more and more over the years. But I can't tell they've reduced the servings. They don't have ketchup or mustard packet just big bottles to fill little 1oz plastic containers. I guess it's a way to cut cost buying in bulk. I don't order a beverage or fries the last were years I've been by. When I use to get drinks they made fresh squeezed lemonade and it was good.
It had been nearly 20 years of constantly wishing the location in my town hadn't closed before I did a little research and found the Houma location, which was about 5 hours away from home but only 1 hour from my husband's work! Yaaay! I was like a kid on the drive there and was honestly a little bit nervous going in... Like they new or cared! Haha! Man oh man.. They did not disappoint!! It was just like I remembered!! Yummmmmy! Yes sir! The jumbo corn dog is the way to go and don't miss out on the mozzarella cheese stick! Love you Corn Dog 7!!

Even though it's an older half empty mall, corn dog 7 is allllll the same. Cheese dogs to die for. Handpressed lemonade, amazing!
That was a Time Machine trip back to the late 80’s when I used to come here for lunch! The food was still just as good if not better! A corn dog, fresh lemonaid, and those seasoned fries! It was sooo good! If you’re in town, give it a try. There’s only a couple of these left in the USA. Let’s keep them busy so they dont leave! It’s delicious and a bargain too!
